I’m proud to endorse Bill Lam for Livingston Town Council. Bill is honest, committed, and deeply invested in our community. As the former Vice President of the Livingston Robotics Club for 6 years, he has shown strong leadership and dedication to helping local students grow and succeed. Through hands-on robotics demonstrations and competitions, he has sparked excitement and encouraged many students to get involved in STEM and robotics themselves. 

My own daughter attended one of his outreach events, became intrigued by robotics, and joined his championship team — an experience that had a lasting impact on her confidence and growth. 

Bill is a strong champion of women. He believes women can do anything men can do and encourages young people to pursue their interests and talents without being limited by outdated norms. I worked alongside Bill as a robotics coach, during PTA functions and other community events. His fun-loving demeanor makes him a pleasure to work with, while his attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills help ensure that every task runs smoothly and efficiently.

I’ve known Bill and his family for over 15 years — our children grew up together — and I’ve seen firsthand his character, integrity, and genuine care for Livingston. Having lived in Livingston his entire life, he understands our town and the values that make Livingston such a special community. Bill will be a thoughtful, balanced, and hardworking voice for our residents on the Town Council. He is a forward thinker who will help Livingston grow, while preserving the character and close-knit feel that make our town special.

I strongly encourage everyone to get out and vote. Local elections often have low turnout, which means a small number of votes can make a big difference. A vote for Bill Lam will help ensure that the people making decisions reflect the priorities and values important to Livingston; prevention of overdevelopment, transparency of redevelopment and preserving our local character.
